A random newbie on the forum who can create another random account and scam again, no thank you. Explain your position to him , maybe share a few screenshots with the guy you are going to refund, of your paypal account, and tell him that you don't have the access to your wallet currently. If it doesn't work, well , nothing you can do about it.
