No Soda at all, try to eat and drink healthy. Water is the best drink.

Not a lover of water. Tasts strange as the government adds flourine to water supply (to apparently keep teeth healthy) It kinda ruins the taste of it though. Bottled water, that you have to pay for, is quite nice though and has minerals like potassium that are good for the body. However, potassium forces thewater to be alkali which may be bad for the stomach as that contains acidic compounds in orer to break down proteins.

Aspartame is only found in diet drinks (mainly), t is an artificial sweatner and I don't think the full version shouldn't need it with it's already high 15g of sugar to 100g beverage. According to its label.

Of the 30 females in the aspartame group, 20 or 67% developed tumors the size of golf balls or greater. Seven males from the aspartame group developed visible tumors -- 23% of all males on aspartame.

The total number of rats with tumors in the aspartame group was 27 – 20 females and 7 males. The percentage of females-to-males was therefore 20/7 or 286%, which coincides with the observation of H.J. Roberts, M.D, author of Aspartame Disease: An Ignored Epidemic, that females are more affected by aspartame than males by a 3:1 ratio.

Other adverse effects

The rats on aspartame also developed miscellaneous health issues, such as paralysis and other apparent neurological problems, eye problems and skin disorders, thinning and yellowing fur, and obesity, which is sad, because many people use aspartame to lose or maintain their weight.

Depends if you have diabetes then its not. However if you are healty, and want to drink 1 times /week then I dont see anything bad with that.

Wrong. This is how you misunderstand pretty much everything in life if you listen to the mass media. Meat does not cause cancer; humans have been eating it for ages. Two important things that you have to note and that the media misunderstood: 1) Increases the risk of cancer != causing cancer; 2) The meat does not increase the risk of cancer, but the chemicals used to process it. Buy unprocessed meat if you care about tiny percentages.

Although Coca Cola is the nicest soda to drink on the market it is very unhealthy. Coca Cola and all others sodas on the market are full with sugar and other things that can harm our body. Firstly, by moderation, I mean less than 1 litre a day, no NON at all.

I have seen many websites that are saying Coca Cola is always a bad thing.

There is no good to drink coca cola soda. Very acidic!

But if you want to maintain your health, 1L per day is too much. It should be less than 1L per week tops.
