Are you sure you choose right words? If you are really asking how to set up a Ponzi likely this will go to trash.

Experience learnt me that real admins don't come up with such ridiculous asks. Just stop it because it's not a business meant for you I guess  If you don't even know where to start, how do you suppose to handle people's money? That makes no sense. |
