Scammed By MrPeoples [165$] Buying Amazon Gift card [will remove if he respond]

As it says i got scammed by MrPeoples and will remove this thread if he respond

What happened::
I saw MrPeoples post about selling amazon giftcards so i contacted him and we chatted on skype his trust was Ok i guess so i didnt mind going first and sent him the payment on skrill right after that he started saying that he cant access skrill , so i sent him screenshots of the transaction after that he stopped responding anywhere not on skype nor on the forum messages and its been 24 hours no response
and i got screenshots of the whole thing
