I speak English, Spanish, and some Arabic. But I like the Idea of learning an obscure language then visiting the place it's spoken. It would freak out the villagers when a random white guy shows up and greets them in their own language.

I love learning languages! But usually, I don’t learn languages with the goal to actually communicate with people, but more to get a feel for the language. So I often just read through a description from beginning to end and take along whatever happiness to stay in my mind. The way is the goal.

Chinese worked out pretty well for me. That's one reason too why I'm trying to learn Japanese. I mean hiragana is hard but kanji is pretty easy for me. |

I am coming for Macedonia and I know that most of the people didn't heard, but Macedonian language is one of the oldest language in the human history. The last article that I've read was about top 10 ancient languages that are still active. My language was in top 7!  Also, English is my second language, but as you can see it's not so good, so in future I will take advance classes so I can improve my writing and communication skills. Spanish is definitely on my list and I hope in future I will find time to take some spanish classes too. |
