Typically you date it with the actual release date, not a speculative future date. But hey, its your reputation...

Anyway, there is no date of publication, so:
1. It may be with such date as it is now.
2. It can be without date.
3. It can be fictitious date.
4. I can move it to another location in forum.. but where?

It isn't difficult - either choose an option that doesn't make you look like a fool, or choose one that does. Most people would make a date that is related to our current position in spacetime.

Do whatever, it ends up being your foot forward, in any case.
