Any Photo editor with an sketch effect can do this. LOL. You could've atleast put some shadings on it. That is what sketch is. Not just a bunch of outlines.

Yeah, I'm fairly sure that's just a Photoshop filter or a filter from another editing program XD That doesn't take any work man, and it's definitely not worth around 25 bucks. Care to show us some actual sketching that you've done, or a photo of your sketch in real life rather than an obviously edited image?
