if I hit the numbers of txt what is the "winning"?
there is an odds ratio more then 3000!

If you HIT the nr you get all the POT size.

TIP: number 1 is quite often but then you receive only 50% of POT.

I indeed found the tone pretty derisory. I made a mistake, right, and i don't deserve nothing more than a glacial "sorry, all incoming btc from not registred address are considered as donations" . But being the third user who tried your site should not be a malus at all, and you could had avoided the final "thank you".

Also, your pot is already pretty big, because the blockchain is being spammed (again), so guessing the right tx is almost impossible at this time.

Anyway.... thank you Wink

For a new website, I'd be careful in garnering negative attention like that. If at all possible, I would refund him for the mistake even though it will reduce the pot. Will show better on your relatively new business / startup.

Well, you have used quite reasonable argument and after all why not, I'm going to refund erre. thanks for educating

The refund is comming, don't worry. I'm aware you are third user and appreciate that. Sorry for my quick conclusion.

But blockchain beeing spammed? Right transaction?
There is 1 hour limit to send the bet and get 1 conf. (it never take me more when using proper fee) which is limit for valid bet and this game should be more about luck and not about sending right transations.

I find it impossible to read your site because there's a high contrast map in the background. But by selecting the text and copy/pasting into a text editor I was able to read:

Quote
THE BET? ANYBODY CAN CHECK IN BLOCKHCAIN - SINGLE DEPOSIT ADDRESS FOR ALL
THE WIN? PUBLIC KNOWN RULES + PROOF OF BET = NO CHANCE TO SCAM
THE TIP? IN THIS YOU HAVE TRUST US

1. BLOCKHCAIN is spelled wrong. It would be worth running a spellchecker over your site because I guess there are other similar errors.

2. Could you get rid of the background so the text is legible?

3. "NO CHANCE TO SCAM"? It seems people are betting on the future actions of the miners. Doesn't that give the miners a huge advantage? If I control a mining pool with 25% of the hashpower, I have a 25% chance of mining the block which decides whether I win the pot or not. I can make sure that 25% of the time my prediction comes true. You should remove the text "provably fair" (and even just "fair") from the site - since it isn't fair, let alone provably so. Miners have a huge advantage at the expense of non-miners.

4. What is this? "THE TIP? IN THIS YOU HAVE TRUST US"? I think you're using the word "TIP" to mean a guess of the number of transactions in a future block. Why do we have to trust you about that? Do you mean I could guess 10 and you could change my guess to 11, and I have to trust that you won't?

great comments, thanks for them

high contrast map in the background? Think I know where its from, will get rid of it.

1. didn't realize such a basic thing. Inexcusable, sure I have to fix this.
2. thinking you talking about the rules section? I didn't found it hard to read but yes I can remove it.
3. Well, this is quite grey area for me and had been raised previously. Tried to make it harder (originally you were guessing the same block as your tx) but can't deny your hypothese so just provide you my point of view.

If you were own 25% of hashpower, would you bother and setup your miner? Wouldn't you have more important things to do? Make such insignificant profit, risking somebody make same tip as you and split the reward? True is, I can't say. Maybe all the winners were miners already and made a well prepared tip, but so far i'm not convinced it can be easy profit. When 25% of the time your prediction comes true you win every 4th block and each tip cost you 1mBTC so yea, after few successful rounds pot can run dry  ... I just need to learn a lesson, then I will end the game.

provably fair stands together for: both sides can prove the bet was made. I have DTB , user can made screenshots and for both there is blockchain.
Could ever be an online card game provably fair when some people know how to count?

4. Yes, exactly, jusr your TIP (guess) is not recorded on blockchain. It's just number in DTB so you have to trust me I have no reason to change it manually in case of your win.

I'm talking about this kind of thing:

Can you read that text? Because I can't. Parts of it are white on white.

If you were own 25% of hashpower, would you bother and setup your miner?

I don't know, but it doesn't matter. Miners can easily cheat the other players. Whether they do or ever will is beside the point. The game certainly isn't provably fair when one group of players can cheat another group of players.
