I don't think anyone will deal with a Newbie here.
And 50k every week might be completed in dreams without an escrow.
And btc-e code is also not a good form to exchange because it doesn't proves that a transaction was made. For example if I send someone btc then i have the proof to sue him because the transaction is public which anyone can see but that doesn't happens with redeemable codes
So in my opinion you should try some verified exchangers like rchange who can handle such big amounts with ease

You should contact with escrow before trade btc-e with members. None will send btc-e code to newbie and you shouldn't send money to them first. Only accept escrow to avoid scam.
