Have you tried with a recovery tool first?
I did that with 500 gb one and recovered almost all of it.

I'm not sure if you are trolling but I will go head and answer you , NSA don't help people , NSA spy on people .
however you can recover your disk by your self using "Recuva" which is a program made by piriform (same program that made CCleaner) : https://www.piriform.com/recuva

Depends on your ethnicity and religion...

If you're a muslim, a copy of your full HD will be available
If you're a white atheist, they won't have your name on file

A simple recovery will solve your problem, why you need an exact copy of your hard disk?
Also, if you don't have anything important they don't give you the copy, if it's just porn they will tell you to redownload all of that.
