I once on this forum saw someone offer generated BTC addresses, but I cant find that person again.

It was someone that was able to generate addresses which were words as well inside the mess of numbers and letters. I would love to get myself a "cool" BTC address, but without the thread I am not sure where to start. Someone help?

<helo> funny that this proposal grows the maximum block size to 8GB, and is seen as a compromise
<helo> oh, you don't like a 20x increase? well how about 8192x increase?
<JackH> lmao

Would there actually be no way for you to give me the address you generated without still having access to it?

Or would it be based on trust alone since you are the one that generated the address to begin with?

Here's a simple vanity address generator (I wrote it). It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but the purpose is to be simple to use. It's also rather slow.
