I am also agreed with you over but i have my bet on over 198 points as this one have great chance to go over 200 points.

I disagree with you here. Hawks can even make Warriors score less than 100 points so I don't think over points will win. Under 199.5 points is better to bet as I don't see either team scoring more than 100 points here. Raptors is strong at home but Hawks defence is stubborn.
