Amazon Prime night again. Pistons vs. Cavs game has just started. Pistons should win this one and break Cavs' strength. First game was pretty good. All pieces worked as intended. Tobias Harris has stepped up his game in this play-off. If Duncan Robinson shoots well today, Pistons will win this game too. Harden makes too many turnovers. He's aware of it. Cavs started this game with turnovers as well. If they play like this, they have no chance.

3 bad calls in a row (2 no calls and a bad foul call) against the Lakers isn’t a good sign. They’re only down 3 though so sticking with it. I hope the officiating improves. LeBron just went down hard and hurt his hip too. That might affect him the rest of the game.

I've known Mitchell as the kind of player that always have the go signal to shoot, and for me, that also hurts the team as well. Well anyway, the Pistons have defended their home court. Now the only thing that they can do now is to steal one on the road and finish the series in 5 games. Of course, that is assuming that they will steal one.

Now I'm already thinking. If they will not clinch the East Finals this playoffs, there's a chance that they might trade some of their key players to get better ones, and that might include Mitchell. Hmmm.

But Harden is disappearing act again, he can't take the physically that Pistons are throwing on his body. You can see his frustrations. However, great players respond to that, while others like Harden might not have anything. Anyhow, game 3 will be in their homecourt so let's see if they can put it 2-1 and have a win in this series.

But without a ball handler, which is Luka Doncic, their turnovers are piling up. That's where most of the difference came from, and the OKC Thunder putting points out of those turnovers.

Plus, OKC has so many weapons now. McCain and Mitchell did some good offense for the team.

The Detroit Pistons, on the other hand, didn't fail my expectations. Cade is truly a monster.

I think the NBA should look and review the calls in this game. Lakers going back to their homecourt next at least they should get one win in this series. But as you have said, OKC is deep and it's anyone who will go and put a game every night that you don't expect.

Did you watch the NBA in the past 2-3 seasons?  I mean it's the worst kept secret that OKC gets all the calls they want, and it just doesn't get better so it seems. But to be fair, they didn't need those calls. They only had 5 more free throws than the Lakers and were dominating them in pretty much every important category while winning by 18. Sure, some calls here and there would make the game a bit closer but it wouldn't change the outcome, not even close.

Lakers are feeling the absence of Doncic throughout this round.
OKC took a 2-0 lead in the series.
They won last night's game 125-107.
LeBron contributed at his usual playoff level. Reaves also contributed well in this game, but it wasn't enough to prevent the loss.

SGA has been contributing less in terms of scoring lately. Their season average was around 30 points, but in playoff series, it has dropped to around 20 points. The next game in the series will be in Los Angeles. The Lakers need to win this game because if the series goes 3-0, the Lakers will most likely be eliminated in this round.

Cade is really carrying the team and proving why they're the top seed after a bump in the first round.

Yes, OKC has a lot of weapons in offense, like specially McCain and as much as Reaves and Rui played great in this game, not enough to upset the Thunder. They try to stay with them till the first half. But in the second half, the Thunder bring in to the next level.

The next game will be at the Lakers homecourt, but still Thunder will be the big favorite here.

I’m optimistic that Spurs can beat OKC no matter how formidable they were now. Wemby will eat alive Chet in the paint while he can dominate the OKC defense on his own.

Just like OKC, Spurs has a lot of good young players including bench so they will have a good showdown for the West conference finals assuming there will be no upset result.

Spurs just need a healthy Wemby to make a good run this playoffs.

They can beat OKC if they don’t commit a lot of turnovers since they have a good 3 points accuracy and they did a good job to defend OKC specifically SGA to limit his score and FT potential on this series.

Imagine they don’t have 20+ turnovers, OKC will score less since they have a very poor shooting percentage while Lakers have a solid offense once their 3 points shot started to went in.

Defense is the main reason why OKC keeps winning against Lakers.

Pistons are continuing to surprise me. I know they finished regular season as the conference leader. But we all watched them struggle a lot against Magic as the series ended 4-3.

Cavaliers are still not able to show their quality against them. Thunder have made it 2-0 which is normal. Reaves and LeBron tried to step forward. 107 points is pretty good without Doncic but still not enough to handle a team like Thunder.

That's the problem when they are not jiving their game, same with what you've said AR is not doing well as he's taking many force shots though we know that he got that license from the coaching side, but it's not helping they need to blend together and they need to the help of the officials hahaha, they need that call which will give them a small edge against the heavy favorite, I think they can win game or games it's more on determination and how they'll going to execute their system.

in playoff series, teams play tougher, defensive focus intensifies and shooting percentages tend to drop. Mental and physical toughness come to the forefront.
OKC is rock solid in this regard. they share the ball well, they have their hands everywhere on defense, they take the right shots and they get a contribution from every single piece of the rotation...

I like the prediction, and I also believe the Cavaliers are going to even the series tonight.

You can somehow read it from the line itself. After that impressive performance by the Pistons last game, a lot of bettors will probably still ride with them tonight. That is usually where the trap is, because the public will easily remember what they saw last game and forget that the Cavs can still make adjustments.

People who trusted Pistons again won last night. They made it 2-0 which really surprised me. They even dominated the game. I don't understand how Cavaliers can be this bad.

Now they are going to have 2 consecutive home games. They had better win both of them otherwise they will be out earlier than the expectations.

It's not reported he will play, so expected another blowout loss by LA Lakers.

Doncic didn't play but Lakers still scored a nice amount actually. However it is still not enough without him. He might be able to play in Game 3. Thunder haven't even needed SGA to score a high amount for getting the wins in the series.

Lakers just needs to realize that they are facing the best team in the league. OKC seems like they are going to be the champions again unless they have some injuries or something, they are by far the best team. And Lakers is not, specially without Doncic, but even with him ,the yare not.

This means they gotta realize that this is not something that we can see them do, we should be realizing that they are not going to see this be an easy thing to handle, and for that main very reason, we should not be expecting them to do something like winning. Could they snatch maybe one game? They could, OKC could maybe just give up for a game, and that could happen. But likely result would be a sweep in this series if you ask me.
