Cleveland Cavaliers have tied the series against Pistons, and up next is the OKC Thunder trying to go for their second sweep in this series, which I think they'll get, I just don't know what the margin of victory would be, but I doubt the Lakers would be able to keep up yet again.

I am still hoping and do believe that the Lakers will get 1 win on this series, getting to the finals is impossible now to the Lakers but atleast a win is good.
CAvs made it and tiesd the series . I am really into Cleveland in that series.  I want to see the OKC vs SAS in the conference finals, but Wolves making it hard for the San Antonio.

Lakers put up their best fight for the entire series in this game, but they just fell short in the end, If they had stayed that close in each and everyone of the other games, maybe they sure might won a game or maybe two.

Wemby situation is definitely bad, and I am sure that Pop will have a sit down with him, and show him compassion and understanding and love, and try to help him get through this.

There is a reason why Wemby went to monks this summer, and while right now it does not look like it helped much lol, I am sure that with enough love, he will learn his mistakes and not turn into some Draymond green type of player in the future. This year is already tough for them, so it's fine if they lose, they need to make sure they can do better following seasons.

I’m also rooting for the Spurs to make it to the Conference Finals because I think they’re the team that can stop the Thunder. Without JDub, that’s already a big advantage for them. But the Wolves could also stop OKC, it’s just that I feel like the Spurs are a better matchup for them. I’m also more confident in the Spurs since they managed to beat OKC a couple of time during the regular season.

Whether it’s the Spurs or the Wolves, I don’t think OKC will sweep either team. Both can definitely put up a fight against them. It would be a different story if JDub were healthy though, because it’s already hard enough to beat OKC without him, what more if he’s fully healthy?

It's just that the Spurs can start well very early and put a big lead, and there's no way the Wolves can go back from it. Like what happened in Game 2. I don't underestimate the Wolves, especially when it comes to defense. Let's face it, they have veterans who can use their experience and take advantage of the young Spurs players. It was seen many times when Randle and Reid were guarding the young Spurs.

You cannot really compare Gobert to these young fellas, because Gobert is mostly good defensively. He has won Defensive Player of the Year a few times if I’m not mistaken, so his value is really on that side of the floor.

He is not that young anymore too, he is aging, so of course his performance is starting to decline a bit. But he can still be effective as long as the coach knows how to manage his minutes and use him properly. Let’s see if the Spurs can really dispatch the Wolves, because the way I see it, Minnesota is just too resilient. They are not giving up, even though it looks like they are the inferior team in this matchup.

They couldn't play like they did against the Rockets in the previous round; we saw just how weak the Lakers actually are when they have injuries. They weren't very good during the season anyway, and our expectations were high because of their excellent performance against the Houston Rockets, but they couldn't do anything against OKC. Perhaps this is the end of the road for LeBron. We'll see what next season holds for the Lakers and LeBron

To be honest, these are the only series that I bothered to watch when it comes to San Antonio and OKC.
Just missed the game last night because when you just know the result before it happens, you don't have too much interest in watching how it unfolds. As how it happened last night with Lakers getting eliminated by the champions of last year.

Now with the Timberwolves for game 5, I can see the exact thing happening when it comes to the no calls.
But this time it will be in San Antonio but it doesn't seem to matter in this series when it comes to who the home court's being played on. Maybe the referees are targeting certain players and Wemby might be one of them.
We just need to tune in for tonight's game to find out.

Pretty crazy watching all the major NBA stars not even be around for the final two series’ of the year. LeBron, Steph, KD, Giannis, Russ, Dame, Kawhi, James, Joel, Paul… It is a new dawn for the NBA. I’m not thrilled about it. Only players I’m interested in that are left are Wemby and Ant. Matching up tonight on Peacock. This may be the last great matchup of the season. Tied 2-2.

Lakers have been swept by OKC 4-0 indeed! With or without Luka, I bet nothing was going to change... As for the overall score I mean. Lakers just can't defend as good as OKC.

Now I really hope that we watch a SAS - OKC conference finale.    I really wonder how it'd go in playoffs after watching SAS destroying OKC in regular season. I guess OKC would still make it.

Lakers definitely did not have what it takes to even battle OKC, and not because Lakers are bad, they are a good team, and if they had Doncic this could have been closer. But this is mainly because OKC is a great team and they are doing wonderful without a doubt.

I understand that it may not be easy for Lakers to wait one more year, and they have just one first round pick and that is not even a lottery or anything like that they are very late. So it's clear that the yare not going to get anything good for the next season neither. I do hope that they get what they want next year with everyone being a bit more healthy and do not get injured, but Lebron is aging, and I am not sure if he can continue to help them the way he does.

Pretty shocking news from the basketball world with such a young player to pass away just like that.
He was born from Vancouver so probably went to many Grizzlies games while he was growing up there when the team was still in Canada.
TMZ is saying it was an overdose but nothing has been confirmed as they are that type of outlet being first to report is all they care about.
Sure hope he didn't go this route and turned to drugs to escape life's difficulties.

They do this before with Curry and I think they are copying this no call to Wemby since he is very tall as way to balance the game for team that can’t guard him on fair defense.

I just hope it’s not the case since it’s hard to beat that compared to home court refs cooking.

After a bad season, we already expected something like this could happen. But being traded to the Warriors, that is something we don’t really know yet. Of course, a lot of fans would want that to happen, because that might be the only way the Warriors can have a real chance to become a championship team again.

But the question is, who will they trade for Giannis?

Maybe they will include Butler, and that could be a good start. But for me, Draymond should stay because he makes the offense better. He may be a bit of a dirty player sometimes, but his high IQ in the game is undeniable. He understands the system, he knows how to find shooters, and he still brings that defensive leadership.

So if the Warriors really want Giannis, they need to give up something big, but they also have to be careful not to destroy the core that makes their system work.

I think that the picks to trade for Giannis will be a lot for any team which would like to take him.
So the Bucks will still be in that win and is it that his brother will also be with him for this trade? lol.

I am not a fan but as an NBA fan, this is a sad news. Rest in peace to this young fella, he's too young and has got a lot of balls to play.

This has become subjective now, depending on what team we are rooting for. That no-call may piss off one side, but it will make the other side happy. Refs are not really perfect, they are just human too, and they make mistakes. So if we keep watching conspiracy theory videos, this is what usually happens, we start seeing every missed call as something bigger than it really is.

I just hope in Game 5 today, the game will be very competitive, because that is the only way the fans will really be happy. Judging by the line, the Wolves spread looks quite attractive, but I doubt they will only cover. I might just go big instead, because if they can compete well, I think they can also win the game outright.
