Detroit-Cleveland matchup is very interesting. Detroit started the series 2-0, but Cleveland won the next three games to take a 2-3 lead. Detroit won Game 6, tying the series at 3-3. Now the next game will be on Detroit's home court, but I can't say for sure that Detroit will win. It's hard to predict who will advance in this series. One thing is certain: the team that wins the San Antonio-Oklahoma series will be the NBA champion. I don't see that much quality in the other teams.

We're facing one of the toughest matchups in the NBA. On one side, last year's champion Oklahoma, and on the other, San Antonio with Wembenyama. Oklahoma will have home court advantage. Oklahoma is a more complete team. Wemby's performance alone won't be enough for San Antonio. In my opinion, Oklahoma looks set to win the championship again this year.

This is a balance team both spurs and okc, it will come to who have more effort, wemby will be too much inside the basket if gobertnaz can't stop wemby then chet would have his hand full guarding him, fouls will be a game changer but the refs should not  give fouls that are flopp, the fans wont like that for aure.

We will see. Things could be different once it is already in the NBA Finals, and there is not even any assurance that the Knicks will be there.

You never know what can happen in the playoffs. Injuries can change everything, just like what happened to the Pacers before when Hali got injured. So for now, let’s just enjoy the playoffs. We are only waiting for one final matchup to determine who will advance, Pistons or Cavaliers. Either one should be a good matchup against the Knicks.

On the West, it is Spurs vs OKC, and honestly, this already feels like an NBA Finals series.
Of course, I’m rooting for the Spurs.

The West Teams sure are strong, but I would not close the doors for the Eastern Teams.

The Pistons just showed their strength against a team with two big players while playing on the road. Also, the Cavs have 2 high rating offensive players with Harden and Mitchell. If ever the Pistons win and then go to the Finals, I think they have a good chance to win. Still, there's Game 7 for that series that must be finished. I think the Pistons are going to win that home with the support of their fans.

If it's the Knicks, well, they can always use the run-and-gun style of play. It will actually be a good match against OKC.

The Thunder have indeed been performing at their best in the playoffs, considering they haven’t lost a single game yet. However, I wouldn’t underestimate the Spurs, as they certainly won’t go down without a fight in the upcoming Western Conference Finals. After all, based on their regular-season matchups, the Spurs know how to beat the Thunder.

The exact opposite of my prediction happened. Spurs finished the job really easily in Game 6. Edwards even started congratulating them quite early in Q4. But the gap was huge though. 

Cavaliers got a big defeat in the other game unlike what I thought. They are just a big disappointment. No matter they or Pistons move on I just expect Knicks to destroy them.

Just one more game before we decide the conference finals. OKC and Spurs will be playing each other we know that much, and those teams will have like 3 or so more days to rest and relax, it is not going to be easy to play this many games back to back, OKC has swept so they rested a lot more and seen as the favourites to win the trophy this season, which will give them a huge boost against Spurs.

But I keep saying that the only team that has any chance to beat OKC is Spurs, because they actually do have similar teams, except SGA is a guard and Wemby is a centre for their superstars, but all others are quite similar team. I think there is going to be a real battle, this time even if OKC wins, which they probably will, it's not going to be easy.

I'm looking at this way, Gobert and Randle, specially Randle, he is touted to be the next option to score, however, how many points that he had in this game 3 points? Gobert 0, nada, nothing. Their combine rebounds? 10. Gobert 3 and Randle 7.

I think the Wolves will have to move either of this two, to get a good center and second option and help ANT. Only Donte is injured and even if he played, I don't think that there will be much difference in the outcome of the series.

The Wolves in my opinion have serious decision to make in the offseason, Gobert have been known not to be scorer to begin with, so I can excuse him for some performance he displayed in this series. However Julius Randle on the hand have been very tough to watch this entire playoffs, he was far too mediocre and isn’t worth more than a role player not a second option for the team, even in matches when Anthony Edwards was out injured, it was either Jaden McDaniels or Ayo Dosunmu that carried the team.

They need to let go the likes of Gobert and Randle, clearly its not working with them, they were good in the regular season but disappear or being out much in the playoffs, McDaniel can be the second option he is also good in defense, there will be available players in the trade market they should make a move or trade Randle and Gobert for young and athletic Picks in the future, they should now stop this setup and prepare for the future as Edwards clearly need a player that can be depend on when he is injured, there are players but they are inconsistent.

That dude battled Wemby for six games, his countrymen. So I do understand why Gobert would not be around, because Gobert was defending a 20 foot tall unique player that could shoot threes, that's not a normal situation. Even if he does somehow stop or slow Wemby down, that takes all of his energy and he would not be helping with anything else.

This allowed Castle to score 32 points for example. Just overall as a talent Spurs is doing better. It reminds me the Spurs teams of all times, sure Wemby is a superstar, but everyone else is normal players and the only reason why they are looking so great is because they play amazing team basketball.

imo if detroit wins the last game and advance to the finals, i think that will be the end of the road for them this season. because the Knicks are in incredible shape. Detroit just won't have enough power to match them this year. they'll probably lose 4-0 or 4-1. Conference Finals was the natural limit for this roster this season and now they are only one game away from it.

anyway the team has done a fantastic job all season long. with one or two solid additions this summer, they could easily become championship contenders.

Clearly Gobert in the series can't defend long on Gobert because he might be in foul trouble if he bodied Wemby, yes he is unique, the game six, showed that Wemby is not still at its peak he somehow able to layup the ball even though he is going out of bounce, yea we can say that its because of his long arm but he is talented and being able to make that move underneath is not easy, what makes him special is he can chase the ball even though its in the air because of the length so if you want to make a shoot it should be higher and that makes shooting diffucult, the wolves unable to score underneath make them lose, now with OKC we don't know what will be the story.

Personally I think the New York Knicks vs San Antonio Spurs is going to be a grate matchup, I’m also hoping I see this teams in the playoffs Final.

4-1 if my memory serves me right. But then again that is a regular season game, so it might not be a big factor to consider. And we have a match up that we like to see, Holmgren vs Wemby. Both are very competitive although I will give Wemby the advantage here.

Both teams have very deep roster, but I will give the Thunder the odds on defense as they have Caruso and Dort. But are they going to guard Wemby though? Portland try it with Holiday guarding Wemby. In any case, yes, we hope that it will be afull 7 games so that our money is worth watching this two best team.

Last time that they have met in the West finals is with OKC still in Oklahoma with Durant and Westbrook and then Spurs with Timmy and the rest of the legends of the Spurs and a rising star that time, - Kawhi Leonard.

Of course it will be a good matchup, Brunson seems to on his prime, but there are a lot of great defenders on the side of the Spurs. They can rotate on Brunson, making it very difficult for him to score.

They are the defending champion so they have the edge as far as experience goes. Plus they have SGA, who can get to the free throw lines easy.
