Knicks did an unbelievable thing in Game 4... That 2nd half effort is priceless. They kept their opponent at a really low amount in that half to make that magical comeback.

3-1 now and I think Spurs won't be able to come back from this. If I'm not wrong the only team that was able to make such comeback is Cavs (in 2016) from the same score in NBA history.

I completely agree to that, even they are down by 2 digits earlier of final quarter, they did not waste time they keep playing and execute their system, I like how Brunson handle it though it a team efforts and every one is not willing to gave up and we seen the outcome, they complete and snatch the game against Spurs which is really a remarkable comeback, once they win the title for sure fans all over the world will never forget what happened earlier.

This guy was just the player of the game. OG Anunoby played really big last night! 7 three-pointers, a critical block in the final moments and more critical 2 points in the last seconds.

How could Spurs play this bad in that half man? They were utterly terrible! I believe this was the breaking point of the series. Now I don't expect Spurs to win it from 1-3 honestly.

This has been a crazy series. Between Wemby throwing the ball of Castle’s back to lose game 2, and now Fox not dribbling the ball out and getting swatted at the end of game 4… This series could easily be 3-1 in favor of the Spurs without those 2 mistakes. They are going to terrorize the league next year after this heartbreak.

This is what im talking about this game decided the finals, now the knicks are now 1 game away for capturing the crown and the city drought in the nba finals after so many years they have the chance to be able to bring the trophy home, but lets not count the spurs yet, the knicks is not out in the woods, who lost the bet here? for sure there are lots of people lost and thought the game is over but turns out the knicks able to flip the game.

I already noticing Fox poor performance ever since he comes back again. Spurs is doing well without him since Harper will have more minutes and efficient compared to him.

No matter how I view it. Trying to score instead of wasting time is ridiculous since Knicks will still have enough time to make a 3 for a game time in case that shot go.

I was already celebrating until this last error from Fox. I will not be surprised if he will be traded next season.

It's not just Fox. Stephon Castle had been playing great in the series against the OKC Thunder. It's gone. He can shoot threes lights out, but now I don't see it anymore. If there's a consistent one to them, it's Harper. Actually, he is levelling up. But there's still an aggressiveness that the young Spurs team cannot control. Even if they are on the lead and can finish the game with a win by just wasting time, they won't do it. They will keep attacking, and that's where the risk of losing comes in, just like in Game 4.
Still, I am not giving up on them. They are learning fast. They are adjusting, and they are gaining experience at every game. If not now, they will be scary in many years to come. Maybe there will be a time when they won't even need a veteran's perspective.

Though unexpected things happen but for most viewers and fans that same option is the right thing to do, I mean wasting time as for sure NYK will try to foul him, but Fox decided to take the gamble thinking that taking that shot will give them a 3point lead and if that happened they've got a better chance of winning it, let's move on and wait for game 5, hopefully Spurs still have that passion and not being completely demoralized.

We watched Game 4 of the NBA Finals, which featured a comeback that would have been difficult even in a video game. The game was like something straight out of a movie script. It was exactly the kind of game you’d expect from the NBA Finals. It was a game that will be remembered for years to come. In the first half, the Spurs were very lucky and rained down three-pointers. Harper played with maturity once again. They connected well with Wemby inside. The Knicks looked extremely demoralized on the court. Even when they found open shots, they couldn’t capitalize on them.

In the second half, the tide suddenly turned. The Spurs forgot to execute their game plan. They struggled to get the ball to Wemby in the right spots inside, forgot to utilize Harper, and as the three-pointers stopped falling consistently, they became all over the place. The Knicks, on the other hand, started scoring and, fueled by the crowd’s energy, really picked up the pace. The atmosphere had a very negative effect on the Spurs, leading to some ridiculous turnovers. The atmosphere was truly amazing. What a game that was.

I just read a report that the Golden State Warriors are working on 2 major deals at the moment. First, they are trying to sign LeBron James for 15 million per year for 2 seasons. They are also working on a trade to send Jimmy Butler to the Clippers in exchange for Kawhi Leonard. I know Kawhi hasn’t wanted to play with LeBron in the past, but he might not get a say this time around. Kawhi and Draymond would be a handful on defense.

It's OG that did things a lot when they're on the verge of losing. That block done to Fox and the tip off for that shot to win the game.
The ending went crazy for the Knicks and it's such a very heartbreaking loss for the Spurs.

I think the positive for this if you are the Spurs is that two plays could have made the difference in the finals for them. Those players involved in the mistakes were Wemby, Castle, and Fox. With all three of those guys being young and learning a lot from this finals experience, you can bet they will be back.

In last night's game, the Spurs were leading by 29 points, but the Knicks produced an incredible comeback to win the game, making the series score 3–1.

Yes, and it could happen in any of the following games. Even in Game 5, it is possible because the Knicks have already proven that they are also good on the road. They even stole 2 road wins in the Finals.

I hope this young team will not be discouraged by the last game because it is hard to swallow losing after having a 29-point lead. They need to understand that the series is not over yet. They still have a chance if they can win the next 3 games. The chance is slim, but it is still possible.

I don't know if anyone was paying attention but if you weren't, how many turnovers in the last 7 or so minutes did De'Aaron Fox have? Were all 4 of his turnovers late? Looked like the guy was trying to lose the game for whatever reason. I would take a look at the bookies and see who had a massive 7-10 figure cashout last night as it looked a bit funny IMO.

That being said, not sure how the Spurs give up 29 points??? They literally just had to score roughly 40 points in the 2nd half and win the game. Instead they put up 30 in 2 quarters. Live or die by the 3 I guess. You have the best center in the league, why wouldn't you feed him down low?

Big let down by the team and the coach.

I watched the whole game. The reason why San Antonio Spurs were leading by almost 30 points in the first half was because KAT got into foul trouble early. If I remember correctly, he got two personal fouls within the first two minutes of the game.
As for the Spurs, the reason why Knicks were able to comeback was aside from the Spurs becoming too comfortable with their lead, Stephon Castle also got into foul trouble. Just look at how few minutes he played because of it.
For me the coach probably should have just let him keep playing. I mean, it would have been better to take the risk with Stephon Castle on the floor rather than watch their offense and defense completely break down without him.

I could not even bring myself to micro analyze the last two possessions for both teams, because there is nothing to analyze there other than the fact that the San Antonio Spurs under no circumstances should have been in that position of not winning the game by double digits let alone losing the game on the final possession, they lack complete discipline and they think just because they’re a talented team every other thing would sort itself out, well jokes on them.

I don't think we're going to see them climb back and get a win in this series.  All of the greats have suffered postseason disappointment before achieving success.  I was surprised Wemby made it this far so soon.  Next year I think he terrorizes everyone, wins the MVP, DPOY, and Finals MVP.  His supporting cast will get it figured out too.  Maybe even a couple good offseason acquisitions.

Speaking of OG, I already voted him as the Finals MVP, and if you will ask me, he deserves it because he stepped up massively in this finals and he's also the 2nd leading scorer behind Brunson, but what makes him better is how he defends especially when he defends Wemby. I think with that loss by the Spurs, it's pretty obvious now that the Knicks will win the title after 5 decades of drought. I'm curious though on what will be the Knicks' fans are doing when they win the title.

As for the Spurs, there are many reasons as to why they lose the game. All of the bad things that could happen to a team, happened to them.
1. They fell in love with three point shot that they only shot 3-17 for the whole 2nd half.
2. Fox made the most crucial mistake in the game.
3. Nobody stepped in offense, and even Wemby played awfully in the 2nd half.

I don't expect them to coming back after being down 3-1 as well especially with how inexperienced they are, but who knows. They might be doing another history yet again.
