This coaching move will not be a huge dela. Sure Splitter would be fine, he came out of Coach Pops educational system lol, and anyone who has studied under Pop would be a decent coach, not incredible not like they would win the title, Bulls do not have that squad, but he would be fine.

But the reality is that Bulls are bulls and we are not going to see them change much, they are going to be the same thing once more because they just simply do not have the ability to beat better teams, no matter who the coach is.

Do not judge too quickly, anything can happen man, if he is indeed a great coach, he can make the young Bulls a playoff contender, and trades or player acquisitions could happen too. And of course, it is understandable that we do not talk too much about the Bulls since they were not even a playoff team last time, but the hype here is the coach because he was the reason why the Blazers were in the playoffs last season.

So now this is his chance to really become a head coach, not like what happened to the Blazers where he was just a replacement after Billups was arrested.

CJ McCollum has agreed to a one-year $21 million contract extension with the Atlanta Hawks. This seems like the first notable move of the offseason. CJ is a little beyond his prime, but still a good player. His contract includes a trade kicker as well, so I guess CJ likes it in Atlanta.

From some interviews it sounds like he wants to retire with the LAL; I could be wrong of course. 

We know all this are just rumors there is no way that LeBron James is going to leave Lakers now, considering the age that he is, that is a very huge age in the football domain, so I’m going to consider that there is no possibility of him leaving, because I’m just wondering what he will be offering to the team that he is going to be moving to, we all know how this teams are playing currently most especially the La Lakers, the concluded season was a disaster for them, so they have to start rebuilding and trying to bring in young players into the team for more consistency in the team.

James is 41, and there aren't many teams willing to build around a player at that age, even one as great as him.
LAL also need to focus on getting younger and building for the future, so staying in LA still seems very possible.

He made so many mistakes during this season. He got very stubborn sometimes which resulted in losses in games they could have actually won. Rockets are just wasted this way.

With a better coach and bringing a real guard they can get much stronger!

A Klay Thompson trade or signing would not make sense today, because he is not the Klay he used to be, while he used to be a lethal three pointing threat, he used to be also their defensive juggernaut along with Draymond, while Draymond defended the bigs, Klay would defend the guards and he was great.

So I would assume that its not really same as getting him now, he is now shell of his old self. But a team, that consists of Curry + Klay + Kawhi + Lebron + Draymond, even at this age, would be insanely fun to watch. Yes I still believe OKC and Spurs are better, but I would watch every single game of that team. Doubt they can do that though, it would be very tough and I bet you that it will not happen, because that's very low shot hopes.

Yeah there's no benefit to get from that trade if Warriors aim to be a competitive team. But if they are going to do that just for the hype or marketing purposes then this is actually good action to do. No doubt Klay is good before, but I think many things has change now and we don't see him became explosive on Dallas.

Kawhi would be a good piece for them and if he remain healthy maybe they can get a good shot for championship, if Kawhi would agree with this.

Also Lebron also a great addition for GSW but well let see if Lebron would also agree to go on their team.

Yes, this is what the fans like to see they play altogether but this is not a chasing ring roster. To be honest, we all like to see legends play altogether for an entire season if a team is able to do that. But it's going to be costly for them and there's a need to consider of chasing ring still at that season because it would look like waste for the team but not to the fans.

That is exactly what I also think about Lakers. They already have one of the biggest stars of NBA who is Luka Doncic. He has a really good relationship with Austin Reaves as well.

They should prioritize especially signing a center. They can't rely on Ayton there if they want to play for the championship. A good center and a solid replacement for LeBron's role would be really good for them.

A Brooklyn Nets version 2.0 back in the days where they traded their players just to get a washed up Garnett, Pierce, Terry, and while I'm not saying that this team that you created will not clinch the playoffs, but we are talking about the West where the Spurs and Thunder are competing for the title. If the Warriors want to compete with them, this isn't the correct path that they're going.

Also, how can they trade Butler then? They'll be paying him $60M this upcoming season, and for the Warriors to have this "impossible line-up", they need to trade Butler to the Clippers for Kawhi plus picks. That could be plausible, but are the Clippers interested in Butler knowing that he doesn't fit on their current timeline. To cut the story short, this is short of impossible to happen even though many are saying that this could happen. Many don't think of the possible trade scenarios that could happen just to have these players.

Curry and Dray will be staying on Golden State, Klay could possibly stay on Dallas as well, Lebron might return to the Lakers with a much lower annual salary, and Kawhi will be traded for draft picks as the Clippers will go a semi-rebuild mode. That's my prediction with those 5 players.

Personally I feel he has done enough, he has offered everything to the Basketball game there is nothing more that he can impress anymore, he has absolutely nothing to prove anymore, which just shows how resilient he has been in performances, I don’t think there is anything more left for him to play, LeBron should be thinking about retirement, how he is going to retire from the Basketball.

However I have seen where people are talking about him and guessing that he has been here for a very longest time and doing what he loves wouldn’t allow him to call it over, because of his achievements.

i agree that Udoka is not a good coach because it was obvious at the beginning of the season that he would be playing without a guard and he couldn't find a solution for this throughout the season. even bringing in a guard from the g league would have been better.

I don't know how long is his contract with the Rockets, but last season and this year, is full of bad plays specially in the playoff. And then the issue with KD with the burner account and all of that stuff might contribute on why the team suddenly went from a contender to just ordinary team.

So might be better to find a new coach for them. Or maybe the Rockets management might give him at least half a season next year to make a good impression on the team. Everything hangs at the start of the new season for him and I wouldn't be surprised if he is going to be fired if Rockets had a poor start.

Agree to that, they need supporting role players who can help Luka inside, like you said they are competitors in papers but when they already playing it shows up that they need something to complete their squad, for now, let see if how Lakers management will handle this, if they are going to go with letting LeBron or business as usual and keep him while trying to make that space to bring role players that can adds up to their campaign.

Those two teams are the most talked-about and are very aggressive in taking a deal.

If Boston, it will probably be Jaylen Brown + Draft picks.
If Miami, it will be Tyler Herro + Jacquez + Kel'el Ware + Draft picks.

But it seems like the Bucks do not like the Miami offer, so Boston may have a better chance here.

I think Giannis would not want to join a team that beat him, or a strong team like Boston because there is another star player there, they have Tatum.

I believe he would want to join the Miami Heat because this team is consistent but just lacks firepower to be consistent in the playoffs, so with him, he will feel his value to the team. At least the pressure is not that high compared to joining Boston where they are already a strong team, what if the expectation does not happen and he messes around, so it should be Miami.
