He already give the cavaliers the ring they want for long years, so i don't think there is a reason for the cavaliers to disrespect LeBron, maybe LeBron is weighing who is the best team that can run for a championship that can match the west, although the knicks is the defending champs i don't think they can make it this next season, even though they have come out of the east and win the ring, Jaylen brown coming to the sixers may have halt LeBron decision to go to the cavaliers, its an opportunity.
If I remember correctly, the only time fans hated LeBron so much was when he moved to the Miami Heat. But in the end, it was the right move for him because he won multiple championships there. Then he came back to his old team and won a championship for Cleveland, so the fans loved him again. That is why I think if he leaves now, there will be no more real hate from the fans. And if he comes back to Cleveland again, that would be a huge celebration because the King will return. LeBron retiring as a Cavalier would really be part of NBA history.

Is he not coming back to Golden State? I think the fans would really welcome him, especially if he reunites with his Splash Brother. But if he goes to the Miami Heat, there is also a real chance for him to win another championship there. I agree, Klay still has something left in him. With the right system and the right coach, I think we can still see something similar to the old Klay.

in my opinion, there's no way Lebron follows MJ's blueprint. He won't settle for a team just fighting for a playoff spot. instead, he'll want to hitch his wagon to a legitimate contender for one final push at a Conference Final, the Finals and a chip...

What blueprint? MJ was expected to sign with the Wizards because he was a part-owner of that team, that's why no other teams wasted their time to chase for MJ during his free agency. LeBron's case is totally different. He can do whatever he wants at this stage of his career, and anyone in his shoes would choose to play in a team that has a real shot at the finals. What do you expect? We probably won't see another 40+ year old free agent who seems to be chased by several teams to sign for them. Chris Bosh said he'd probably sign with a team where it is least expected. Current front-runners are the Miami Heat, Philly Sixers, and Cleveland Cavs, and we can't rule out GSW just yet. So, I was thinking, maybe he'd sign with the Wizards. I mean, they actually have a shot because we're talking about AD, Trae Young, Sarr, Khris Middleton, and AJ Dybantsa on the same team. Imagine putting LeBron in there. He can be a 3rd option there, but his leadership is what makes it important.

The NBA has officially put a halt on the Kawhi Leonard to the Toronto Raptors trade until after their investigation into Kawhi is complete. Looks like he can’t simply get traded to avoid the long arm of the law. You don’t want to be on the wrong side of the FBI. Kawhi may have more troubles ahead.

Mike Conley goes to the Boston Celtics. Congratulations to him, one of the players to reach 20 seasons in the league.
He's got the minimum contract for a year with the Celtics.
Still good to have a team that's willing to sign him in, like what you've said he already reached 20 season and there's few more games might be left for his career, Boston is adding veterans who can give some decent minutes when a core player needs to rest, though Conley also can fit to Boston system as he also can hit outside shots which boston have a good plays to make a player free to shoot from the long range. They've got enough veteran. So, he can contribute to the team with his experience and despite that they've got no longer Brown on their side. Let's see if George as an addition is going to do them a big favor instead of what the fans are expecting that he's a flop in the team.

I don't feel like Paul George will make a comeback in his career from now on. For the last 2 years his career has been in a really sharp downfall. He was barely able to play for half a year in the regular season. He was a part of last season's playoffs but didn't impress there either. I won't have big expectations from Celtics in this situation even if Tatum stays away from injury for a season long. Brown-Tatum was a wonderful duo to make a serious score contribution.

If he can stay healthy, then maybe he can help. But based on availability alone, Brown is already ahead. If we're just talking about overall impact, I think Brown has had a bigger impact. Without Tatum, he managed to keep the Celtics as the second seed last season. Even if PG13 stayed healthy, I don't think he could keep the Celtics at the second seed without Tatum based on his current level of play, unless he brought back his Pacers or OKC version. Sometimes, being a great player doesn't matter if you're rarely available or not playing at your best.

I believe Klay Thompson is finished already... Since he got that serious injury before he hasn't been able to live up to the expectations. He is 36 now and Curry is 38. Reuniting them at Warriors sounds great but I don't expect them to play incredible as a duo most of the time anymore. But I can still enjoy watching this duo like a nostalgia! Sometimes the problem with us NBA fans is that, we have so much expectations towards a player that if that expectations can't be reached anymore, we will be saying that "he's finished" or "he will be retiring" something like that. Can we also adjust our expectations based on what's happening with the player in the last few years shall we? He's 36, but in his stint in the Mavericks, he's still averaging around 11.7 PPG with around 38.3% 3-pt FG, and in the NBA right now, that's fairly high, and he played 69 games as well. I love the nostalgia as well since that's what I've been watching back then when they're winning a title, but he will be a good fit on the Heat. The only question now is, will the Mavericks trade him on the Heat? There's no PO on the final year of Thompson's contract so they can only get him through trading. Are the Mavericks interested in trading him? Are the Heat interested in him? Are the Warriors really interested in him even though Steph said that he wants his "former splash duo" back? We still don't know what could happen with him, but let's lower our expectations from him starting now, and not only for him, but to all NBA players as well so that we will not be disappointed towards them if they don't meet our expectations that we have for them.

Well Klay might still perform well if he will be team up with his Splash brothers again. He might still have some games in him wherein he can score 20 or more points. But to bring back his prime years? I doubt that it will happen. I'm not sure if the Warriors still has some salary cap in order to get Klay. But that will be a big boost for the fans of the dubs if Klay can team up again with Draymond and Steph and yes it will be nostalgic again.

Another victim here is the Raptors themselves. Why did the NBA allow the trade in the first place when they know that there is a investigation going on and there are possibilities that the contract might not be honor until the FBI investigation is done? When fans of the Raptors are celebrating when they heard the news that Kahwi is going back to them, suddenly this news hit them hard.

A matter that only time may exposed whether he is still capable or it's just a trade that might been done by Boston to let Brown go and wait for PG to end his contract then they may free some cap to get another superstar that they can pair for Tatum, we never know till we them playing or till we see how the system will rotate PG to help the team, things can be reveal once they are playing inside the court and if how the management will give PG that productive minutes to showcase whatever he still got for this game.

AD getting paid this big soon...what do you think? Anthony Davis will fully seek a four-year, $275 million max contract he is eligible to get from the Washington Wizards. https://basketnews.com/news-251727-anthony-davis-massive-max-contract-demand-from-wizards-revealed.htmlWill the Wizards really give him that contract, knowing he is an injury-prone player? I have no problem with how he plays because he is really great, one of the best big men in the NBA. But at the same time, he is also one of the most injury-prone players in the league. So the question is, is it really worth the risk for the Wizards?

Wizards doesn't seem to have much of a choice other than giving Anthony Davis what he wants... If they don't plan to sign another superstar then they would like to keep the ones who they have in their roster at least. $275m for 4 years is really enormous! Especially for a player who has got injured for long time periods. If they aren't getting LeBron then I assume they would pay AD whatever is needed to keep him.

Exactly, that is huge money for him and I think Wizard is risking too much for a fragile AD. He might have his best years with the Lakers though winning a ring in the bubble. But we can all argue what is AD prime as it's very hard to know because of his injuries. But let's see how he will comeback this season, he might have a great duo in Trae Young, lob and pass and greatly benefit him. But I don't think that the Wizards has enough players to be competitive around this two player.

Player like him is the horror of NBA team who is dumb enough to gamble on players health. It’s proven that he can’t stay healthy all throughout the season while his contract is more than enough to chase young talent to rebuild for a better long term success. Wizards are just burning money for nothing wishing that AD will be healthy this season. And even if AD become healthy I doubt he can be dominant given that there’s already lot of young athletes that can guard and dominate him.

Wizards are just burning money for nothing wishing that AD will be healthy this season. And even if AD become healthy I doubt he can be dominant given that there’s already lot of young athletes that can guard and dominate him.
Honestly, I have never seen Davis get dominated by a big man in a game when he is healthy. The only problem I see with him is that he can easily get injured. It feels like there is no season where he finishes without any injury issue. But if the Wizards are really betting on him, then let us hope they make the right decision. The Lakers once bet on Davis before, and they won a championship, so maybe it could also happen to this team. For sure, they know better because it is their money that they will spend.

Despite Davis being like that, they are still willing to invest money in him. So what does that say? It says they believe in him and in the players surrounding him, and they think the team can become a playoff team again. I understand this team. They are gambling on Davis because they have been consistently tanking every season. With this move, they are looking for a big change. Davis is already a champion and a player with playoff experience, so it is possible for them to reach the playoffs, or at least that should be their goal this coming season. If they achieve that, people will believe they made the right decision in giving AD a max contract.
