I tried to look at prediction market if there's a set up like this on who will be the one first to announce on which team does Lebron will sign. But it seems that Prediction market didn't list this.

People are looking for updates with those reputable people which always release a breaking news on NBA like Shams.

For sure it will be hard for media men to find out which team he will signed. Because Lebron seems make keep this situation privately. Even his close friends don't know on which team he would sign or either what's running on his mind.

What people commonly know is this.

Paul has been proven correct over time. We still know the same things that we did when LeBron announced he was leaving the Lakers on June 30th. His most likely destinations are the Cavaliers, Heat, Warriors, and Sixers. And we have no idea when he will let us know his final choice.

Anyway, that picture could change anytime. The odds are as fragile as the crypto market back in 2017-2018 where one big news could affect it. One point, the Warriors are at the top then 2-3 days after, the Cavaliers are now on the top. These odds aren't reliable when it comes to speculation because one big news can significantly change the odds.

There's already many attention that Lebron is getting with this, and TBH, he loves these kind of moments. His agent said that Lebron needs more time, and that might be true because he wants to be in a team where he has a high chance to win a title, and he'll put pressure on any team that he loves to join with just like the Cavaliers. What if Lebron says to them that "If you want me to be there, you need to trade Harden."? The front office will not hesitate of course.

Considering that everything in the NBA is a wait-and-see situation, I can see that the Heat management might have done something like this intentionally, hoping to gain something for the team through the sensation.

Checking Polymarket is usually the best indicator of where he is likely to land for his last hurrah for another championship title.
Personally I would like him to go to Miami since they seem to be in a restructuring process and he could be all they need to put them over the top in the upcoming season.
Can't see him going back to Cleveland although that is where he had the most success with his fans which had a hometown feel for him.
Warriors would be a very bad decision for him to retire I think with Curry starting negotiations on an extension.
