iirc tails will restore your wallet from seed after each reboot.
if you are not connected to a server, it will not restore all your addresses.
make sure you are connected first.

and please, update to a recent version, 1.9.8 is way too old.

i restore the wallet from seed with the newest Version. I go look every seed ever i make. But nowhere i get the coins on.

I connected to a server, i try it also different.

i dont have any idee any more what i can do. Maybee i get scamed but iam 90% sure it was this address i copied from electrum..

Also i see the coins are received on the address and nobody move it.. if iam really scamed they sure sent the coins somewhere.

Im running out of ideas, but what you could try is to run btcrecover[1] for your seed and the address. It can detect slight errors in the seed.

If you feel this is beyond your capabilites you can also send me the data and I will give it a try.

To give an update, caliwe connected me via PM with the seed and an address that contain the lost funds. btc-recover did not yield any results for the 1st 20 addresses though. Has anyone else an idea what could have gone wrong?

Code:
>python seedrecover.py
Phase 1/4: 1 mistake, excluding entirely different seed words.

Phase 3/4: 1 mistake which can be an entirely different seed word.

Yes, in fact I even put the gap limit to 1000 manually using electrum 2.5.2 and the seed is was given. The balance is 0.00007 BTC from a different address (1N8...)[1] and none of the addresses match the one missing.

[1] not sure if I am at liberty to disclose the full address.

i am 90% sure it was this address i copied from electrum..

I see only two possibilities:
 - you did not copy this address from electrum (you are 90% sure, not 100%)
 - you were infected by some malware that changes bitcoin addresses in the copy paste clipboard. if that is the case, it should be reproducible.

edit: of course, using Tails makes the second possibility very unlikely on your side. it might be on the side of the person who sent the coins.
