how will a locked tread about a scamsite prevent a noobie to be scammed

what realy would be cool is that owner/admin should make a scam section so people could look up what's the rotten appel in the bitcoinworld.

And while we at it, why not a legit section so people could look up the good sites in bitcoinworld.
