Today,I found this  site  :http://exchangeemoney.com

It could  change 1LR  EU  to 1.36LR  $. But  the  international exchange rates is 1:1.28.

who has used this site ? Is it a deceit ?

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

When its sound too good, you have to suspect. Im almost sure its a scam

That's never a good sign.
