Today，I found this  site  ：http://exchangeemoney.com

It could  change 1LR  EU  to 1.36LR  $. But  the  international exchange rates is 1:1.28.

who has used this site ? Is it a deceit ？

When its sound too good, you have to suspect. Im almost sure its a scam
