Interesting the first one sounds like cross-address analysis the other one is coin taint.

One invention is called distributed cryptocurrency transfer monitoring system and provides the buyer and the seller with a system of public keys for the transactions processed between them. The other - distributed cryptocurrency reputation system - use the public ledger technology to place reputation markers on the buyer and the seller. Both patents were filed on 22 October.

Ebay does not seek to introduce new payment methods with these innovations but intends to use the technology behind the cryptocurrency
