Your 800 number went to a personal cell phone and said Leave a message (or something short and simple like that.) Not very professional. And email takes 2-3 days to get a reply, had this issue with the site before.

so yeah i ordered a sound card from the store and it says it has been shipped but i have not received a tracking number in my email yet been 2 days since it says it has been shipped help please? Order #56281

No response to the ticket yet, I made a payment on the checkout, it said successful. I go back to the account page after it says complete and poof coins and item are gone and no order number. You guys reaaaallly need to fix your site, it has more bugs than a hoarders mattress.

It's an FX chip, it probably threw itself off a cliff in disgrace.
Also Bitcoinstore drop ships most of their stuff, they probably never even touched or had that box, they aren't the scammers here.

that is their problems that bitcoinstore works with non reliable partners and that partners send fake or empty pakage I refused receiving and there is video at fedex staff with empty box without procesor Bitcoinstore is scammer at this point Any idea who you are calling out as a scammer? I just from fedex facility.I refused receiving parcel. Parcel had a custom house examination on arrival so there is a video at fedex staff . Video record shows that processor was missing during arrival to my country.Now this parcel is procesed by fedex to return. Seller (bitcoinstore or their partner) sent me empty box with cooler without processor |

Yes I know that bitcoinstore sent me empty box with cooler without processor - that is their problems that bitcoinstore works with non reliable partners and that partners send fake or empty pakage So if they will not deliver me paid order or refund this issue I want to warn community to avoid this scamming shop |
