I'm offering my townhouse for rent again this year. I'm bitcoin friendly, so bitcoin payments are possible. Payment options are up for negotiation. Given the size and maturity of the economy the price will be floated against the Canadian dollar. Utilities are not included, though perhaps I could create a value added option for that as well.

Available December 1st. It is located in central Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The Major intersection is Cawthra and Rathburn.

It is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, open concept townhouse. Spacious end-unit with finished basement. Close to all conveniences. Major appliances included. Water is included. $1500/month plus utilities. PM me if you're interested.

You'll be able to see some pictures here shortly. Most of the rooms have since been repainted, as you can see from some of the pictures below.

It's a pretty small hook, so it may have been for a really small plant. The previous owner had maintained some pretty nice plants in the front and back so that's a good possibility.

It's in the GTA in CANADA so i would assume Canadian funds..... but yeah you're right... close to par....
