This is my second time explaining it and I don't like repeating the same things so:
Never use blockchain as a wallet for amounts over 0.1, neither use it as a block explorer use either :
http://btc.blockr.io/
http://www.blocktrail.com
Use Electrum*
*Doesn't require you to download the whole blockchain.
Go to blockchain and export your private key, now import it on either Electrum or multibit . Should be fixed.

Hi,
Perhaps you can explain what you the problem is a little better.  I presume by "blockchain wallet" you mean blockchain.info?  Bitcoin "wallets" aren't ever "down" as long as the bitcoin network exists so I am not sure what you mean there.

Are you asking about the +1.31312000 and this transaction:? https://btc.blockr.io/zerotx/info/3afb1086c87676234b6cbfa4db320cd76ea58fa7c26f3ba00031d8e6b3ab2d3c

And the fact that it doesn't show up at blockchain.info?  It shows up other places, so it looks like the blockchain.info service is having problems again.  They have been unreliable a lot recently.

If you can be a little clearer about where you were sending from and two and provide the transaction #s etc, it would be helpful

It says confirmed here : https://blockchain.info/fr/tx/5f03a19e9aef3c29ab814a0cc1d3cc0d46f37f72bd6a2ab2be0347236f719a77
and same thing for here : https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/5f03a19e9aef3c29ab814a0cc1d3cc0d46f37f72bd6a2ab2be0347236f719a77
Both of them have 33 confirmations so the problem must be your wallet , you may wanna simply export the private key and import them somewhere else .

It's because blockchain still has issues after their maintenance. Go get your private keys and use another client. It's best to avoid blockchain for now, or maybe don't even come back to it.

I am now getting this error when trying to send funds:

Non-canonical signature High S Value.

I've never seen this error before and I have no idea what it means. It's been a while since blockchain has been running properly. Any of you guys know what this error means?

This must have been part of their upgrade, to use the Bitcoin Core 0.11.1 rules. Bitcoin Core 0.11.1 and beyond now refuses to relay transactions that use a High S value in the signature scripts. This prevents transaction malleability. Transactions using a High S are now considered non-canonical (non-standard) and are now no longer relayed. This must have been part of bc.i's upgrade.

Guys do yourself a favor and just ditch the blockchain.info wallet altogether. Just install Electrum or Multibit and you won't have ever again this sort of problems. Even Bitcoin.org has removed blockchain.info wallet from their official list of Bitcoin wallets, this definitely means something.

Not to mention that your funds will be much more secure with the above two mentioned wallets than in the online wallet like blockchain.info.
