Taken from my Vermont Sugar Maples and boiled down over a wood fire to produce the most heavenly syrup you've ever tasted.

When my delicious, expensive gallon of liquid gold arrived last time, it was leaking all over the place because it doesn't quite fit in that box... and it gets crushed and the seams on the jug break. I'm sure the mail van smelled awesome, but my porch was covered in sticky stuff. It was also the middle of summer, so wherever it first broke open was full of delicious syrup. Someones packages were probably tasty. |

I use maple for baking and it takes me more than a month to go through a half a pint. Any chance you could do 8 oz.? I don't need a fancy glass jar if that helps with shipping.
