I wanted to know what is best pool for altcoins like ltc - dogecoin.

I doing great in bitcoin but in scrypt and other i'm like child so if you can share with me your experience about mining pool that is profit to start with please inform me.

also is better to buy your own minning units or buy hashing power from online pool? (i know about power electricity but answer me without thinking electricity cost)

It depends on the coins you want to mine. Compared to BTC, there are much more pools for altcoins.
There are single pools for certain coins but also Multipools like Coinking, Hash2Coins or Tompool where you can use the profit switching feature or simply mine the coin of your choice.
