Yesterday blockchain.info was down for long period. Today is unstable. (sometimes balance show 0 and none history)
Also, transactions with normal fee (0.0001) are taking enormous period to be confirmed.
So, anyone knows what is going on?

This is entirely blockchain.info's problem, which is a service, not the bitcoin blockchain. Please stop mixing the two.

I'm aware that they are 2 different things. ( I wrote and/or ).

I just found that my problem is related this https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Transaction_Malleability.

Thank for answering!

Actually, I don't think the problem is related to that. They were down for maintainence apparently, although that may have also had to do with upgrading their node to deal with transaction malleability.

On a side note, Blockchain.info needs to get their act together since all of the newbies think that blockchain.info is the "authority" or is the "actual blockchain", and their poor service reflects poorly on new users. It also creates a lot of spam on these forums whenever they go down since every freaks out about "bitcoin is failing because blockchain.info is down!!"

It is a good habit to have a list of several block explores to use. If one is down, use another!

I've been using blockexplorer.com in it's place. Works just fine for checking confirmations and such.

Transaction malleability does not affect the confirmation or the service at all. It basically just trick clients into thinking that there are two seperate transactions spending the same input and output by changing the TXID. This does not affect the confirmation times either.

Blockchain.info has been very inconsistent with their services, not having the transaction relayed when broadcasted by their pushtx and various other issues. I have already shifted my addresses out of their wallet long ago.
