Question from a noob

Hi all

Hope everyone's doing well.

Im new to bitcoin mining and am currently researching to building a solid mining rig.I just have a few questions.
Would i get better value for money to buy the parts and build myself,or buy a prebuilt rig online.
Also,while im waiting to get a rig my laptop has a radeon hd 7500 card,could i use it to mine or would it be like burning money  .

Sorry if this has been asked already,i have about 10 tabs open with different noobie guides so im a little confused.

Wait for a month and ASIC will be released. Then GPU mining will become useless

About using your laptop as a miner, it's possible but please pay attention to the temperature. Laptop usually overheat if used to mine...

You need to check GPU temperature, not cpu one

Figure out how to get your laptop mining so you know how to run the software, join a pool, etc. but don't use it to mine long term.
Then look at getting ASIC products for building your rig.

Be carefull when using a laptop's GPU to mine. If you have a desktop, you can replace the videocard when you burn it. If you blow (overheat) you GPU of your laptop, you can throw it in your trashcan. Would be a waist if it is a modern laptop!

Use that to see if you would just be burning money.
Definitely be careful with a laptop.  If you are going to use a laptop, make sure you watch the temp closely
