Buying $30 worth of BTC through PayPal

I'm looking to buy $30 worth of BTC through PayPal.
I understand that people charge higher rates for PayPal trades to protect their safety, but I don't have any bank accounts or credit cards linked to my PayPal so I can't do a chargeback. That being said, please give me a good rate. Looking to deal with veteran members only.

Even though you don't link your back account but still you can claim back saying unauthorised transaction so it is very risky to trade with paypal.
