Mt.Gox account ip freeze?

Has anyone else had trouble with the Mt.Gox account freeze in the past during repeated login attempts? I was having trouble resetting my password so decided to try every combination of usernames and passwords that I use and could remember. In the end my IP got frozen from multiple attempts. I have since remembered my information, and have reset my password, but still cannot log back into my account. It has been about 2 days now.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Bump? Usually I get timely responses to questions, but not this time. I really could use some help guys!

Thats my issue. I have contacted them twice thus far and haven't gotten a response. In the meantime, I thought it might be helpful to listen to other people who may have had this problem. Mt.Gox is on the list of trusted buyers/sellers, so why shouldn't I ask here? It's not like Mt.Gox has its own forum.

*Edit* So none of the 189 people who have viewed this thread have any information I can use at all? Has this never happened in the past? How long does it usually take for an IP to be unblocked?
