This is when I shake my fist, and yell BITCOIN we told him a month ago about it and he didn't want to add it himself and now this maybe it will show him that fiat currency isn't the answer in transactions like this. Micro-transactions are the way, bitcoin is the way... When we will people listen.

It doesn't matter how sophisticated a system is, if you have someone stupid enough to give their details to a scammer or just give their money voluntarily they are going to lose it.
