It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

A low risk crytocurrency raffle

How is buying tickets to a raffle whose results we can't verify, from a user with 30 posts, low risk?  We can't even prove you aren't sending the winnings to yourself.

it also makes absolutely no sense that there isn't a set ticket price, so you could buy 1 ticket for 1 btc or 1000000 tickets for 1 btc, and he'll be perfectly happy to take your money either way

I was bored playing around with the block explorer and decided to write a raffle of my own for PPC.  I realize that I am also new to the forum, so people probably won't trust me yet, but if you're in a gambling mood, give it a shot.  I would love to develop this and other games further, so if you have any comments, complaints, or suggestions, let me know.

Good luck!
