You are true we need bitcoin, so that a family can also be supported by getting a good job for bitcoin transactions etc. The dollar is a fiat for a nation(USA) and is supported for the success of USA only while bitcoin is an international currency and is a currency of all people around the world.

MOST FIAT currency especially the U.S dollar i produced by debt and the more the debt rises, the more dollars have to be printed to sustain the debt whereas bitcoin is 100% debt free and solvent so in my eyes as a long term investment bitcoin wins hands down and the more peeps start dumping the dollar, the more bitcoin gains trust and momentum.

The government keeps printing money to create inflation so the money doesn't outgrow the economy. Otherwise people would hoard their cash as it's value rises with deflation.

Deflation is terrible for an economy.

Only a very few centralized currencies had got out of use after its existence, so dollar getting changed to a useless currency is unacceptable. Our bitcoin usage and acceptance might increase but defeating in a few years or 15 years time is not at all possible.

Well the currencies that has gone atleast in Eurozone has been implemented all with euro soo they were upgraded to a unic coin with several advantages and less fluctuation.Bitcoin will be an investment option and is dollars is the currency that rules the world.

Yes it will take a long time for bitcoin to beat dollar, and looking at the present scenario I don't see dollar going anywhere as the users of dollar are more in compare to bitcoins.

Nowadays the dollar is used a lot more than Bitcoin unluckily, but that's normal because Bitcoin still growing up and a lot of people still not knowing anything about it till now. So may be in future it will be used better than Dollar

Dollar and bitcoin up and down same time means nothing at all.The dollars is a currencie present everywhere and almost all deals has it as main currency,or are based into its value.Bitcoin has some supporters and believers and the most new members are investing since they consider bitcoin a huge if not the best way to make  extra money ,trading it.

Bitcoins great "usability-related" advantage is that you are not limited to a single state or nation. You can pay everywhere it's accepted and send "money" where you want. So it's of great use for all people with strong connections to other countries. It has also privacy-related advantages, but to really benefit from them you must have a high level of knowledge, so it's still not more "private" than a regular bank transaction for the average Joe.

But there obviously is another advantage, independence from politics. Bitcoin has its own "politics", as we can see actually (Core/Classic/XT discussion), but it has mechanisms to avoid too great influence from single persons or entities like governments.

Yeah that is true currently dollar is No.1 currency in the world market and a large number of big businesses are accepting dollar for theiir use, but I don't think that dollar will continue like that for longer and I think that at least on digital world bitcoin will replace the dollar very sooner.

Yeah the dollar offers way more possibilities to spend then bitcoin. This will change by adoption, but in general the dollar will always be

Replacing it would be be a bad idea. Existing with it is good though. There will a good profit for investors and miners. You cant mine a dollar also so better leave them individually without killing each other.
