I'm starting with BitCoin and want to invest just in one Bitcoin.
I can pay with PayPal, and would want the money submitted to BitcoinBase.

Any reliable trader?

With PayPal the buyer needs to be reliable. You can chargeback PayPal payment but there is no way to take back sent Bitcoins.
