the problem is not on the buyer if he is trusted or not but most likely the problem will come from you as you are a newbie and you are using a payment method which can be reversed |

I will not reverse money , i just want buy a btc not scam. even you are telling the truth that you wont scam, no one will believe a newbie and will risk $800 worth of BTC to you. if you really want to buy bitcoins using your paypal balance, you can try virwox.com but the fees are quite high |

I think even send paypal payments as family or friend can be easily reversed so do not ever deal with paypal particularly with new members. |
