From last 3 days I am now also involved in the project to clean Bitcointalk from spammers.

Today morning I found this user Spamming everywhere. I also reported his few other posts because I found his post in every second thread I gone for the review and told to look his other posts in the Comment.

But Nothing happened. Neither his posts were deleted nor he was Banned.
If no action will be taken for our reporting then why would we do that..

Have a look : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=406342

What do you think such posts aren't known as Spam ?

I see he has been posting the same posts on different faucet posts. Are you sure that while reporting the posts you cited the full reason as to why you are reporting this? And are you sure that your report has been marked as a bad report? if it still hasn't been marked as a bad report then most probably those posts have still to be reviewed by the mods.

I don't have time to review the member at the moment but let me clarify something:
1) Just because you think X (in this case "is spammer") that does not mean that X is true.
2) When someone is spamming we do not delete all of their posts (there are exceptions, e.g. bots).
3) If your report is really valid, then the moderators suggest a ban of said user. However, this isn't a swift 'process'.

1. But in this case the user is indeed a spammer

How long would it take for the user to be banned? If he is banned will the reports be valid?

Anyways probably your reports havent been seen yet since you said you made them this morning, it takes a while for mods to see them since there are many.

No and I'm saying this without even looking at the posts (still not enough time). Determining if someone is a spammer (aside from the very obvious, bots and such) is subjective at times. You might see him as a spammer, while someone else might not. That was the point that I was trying to make.

There's not a defined time, so I can't really tell you. It depends on a lot of things.
