DROP DEAD ?

Please Work Nodes

DROP isn't dead, yobit reports their drop wallet as working so i suppose that only you are having problems with the wallet...

Were the block times always 5 minutes, or have they slowed down?

You are right, now is a little slow.
As far as I can see the average of the last 100 blocks is 231 seconds,
the moment when I'm writing.

In theory, internal specifications indicate a target time of 2 minutes,
and up to three days ago, the weekly average was around 132 seconds.

I have not dug very deeply, but the increase of the times is probably connected
with the fact that one of the users which usually is one of the largest staker of
this coin, has not generated blocks from about 2 days.
Normally, at other times it generated about 2000 blocks per week.

I think that it has transferred a large part of what he had in its wallet.
But this is just my conjecture.

PS:
Just to be clear, its address is still in the rich-list top-10.

Link to the rich list?

The link to the official block explorer is in the OP, the direct link to the
rich-list TOP-100 is:
http://64.57.133.230:3015/richlist

The blockexplorer and the rich-list are two useful tools, a good starting point,
but sometimes to understand certain events, it becomes necessary to extract
more information in other ways.

However, in the meantime, the address to which I referred to earlier has begun
again to produce blocks, more than 4 I believe.

The average interval for the past 100 blocks, now has decreased to about 205
seconds, but obviously it varies.

I bought some DROP on Yobit today for grins n giggles, and withdrew - and it has been stuck there for hours. Anybody got any pull with them? Yes, I already sent them a contact.

I agree with you. We all know this is a pure scam for a long long time just like any other ponzis. Sooner or later it will collapse

FAKE FAKE FAKE...

Was clear from the start dinca030, and if you check the top page on yobit the first two in the list have a huge difference against the third, seems something planned from the start

IDK because even today somebody did big trades (let's say about 22BTC which is insame) and i don't know if the target of all those fake volume is drop or even other coins because only drop has over 10BTC of volume but in the last 12 hours nothing big happened

Its not that hard to make one yourself.

Then you pay someone, you don't know 2.5 BTC for a service that online cost $399?

Was it a bitcointalk user that scammed you?

Can you post his username here so we know never to trust him. I hope you gave him negative trust and wrote what he did and how much he scammed you for in the feedback. It always takes some time to get over being scammed.
