Bitcoin debit cards issued by Bitfinex can be used at millions of ATMs
Bitfinex partners with Blade Payments to provide bitcoin debit cards that can be used at any time without preloading a fiat currency. Customers of Bitfinex can automatically convert their bitcoins in cash with the help of traditional ATMs.

This was already in the news earlier in the week.

The main thing with all these debit cards are the fees. Yes they are very convenient especially if they are directly linked to your wallet so no need to convert btc and then to load the card. This convenience however only goes so far when considering the price/fees when you consider that most fiat based debit cards are free or rather they have no fees attached to them.

So the devil will be in the details. They do mention that their fees will be lower than that offered by Xapo. If that is the case they might just be the 'cheapest' btc debit card.
