Amero was supossed to be "the new USD". While USD was failing there was idea to make one global currency for Canada, the United States and Mexico.
The USD did not die, so this concept never got live. The concept itself was great so we have decide to go with one of biggest cryptocurrency startups here.

We will start as ICO on small exchange, after funds will be distributed to investors we will start short PoW phase so miners can get some fun - then finally we will turn into full PoS coin.

The main part of AmeroX will be liquidity pools that will make sure 1 AX = average of CAD/USD/MXN price ALWAYS.

Why is it interesting? Because it emulates a plan in which world banks and the fed wanted to deploy that was quickly brushed under the rug. Whilst the euro has been less than successful, there a myriad economies at work vice just three with the amero concept, introducing a orders of magnitude less variability and points of failure. It's really in the same spirit of bitUSD, just an extension thereof. applying a GPU friendly mining algorithm is also a plus. It's what ever, I'm not betting the farm on it, but will put a couple sheckles on it. What's the worst that can happen? Nothing.

That makes the market cap equal to 60 BTC, which is a bit too much for a coin offering just a link to wikipedia article. No even a website yet...

Buying such coin (offering nothing but vague promices at the moment) is a big risk by itself, and at that price the risk is not even justified by possible high return, as the coin is already expensive  

I highly doubt those 300,000 sold coin at c-cex are bough by genuine investors... That would be strange, to say the least...

This means the price will raise if not all get into peoples hands.

If we sell 50%, then 3000 coin will be actually worth 6000 later. ICOs never sell 100% (or hardly) so its almost certain that your investment will be worth more right away.
