Dirty laundry: Should casinos be responsible for knowing where the money comes from?

Frankly, I just find this a bit of Bullshit. Money is money. By forcing people to find out where it came from just makes it harder for startups to get off the ground (Such as Bitcoin Casinos) and raise operating costs.
