[New] BitThread Gamble & Positive +EV Game | Provably Fair game

Hello All!

I would like to introduce my new Gamble Game, and my differential is: You can play with variable +EV against me ^^ and need to be smart versus other players

1. Rules - How it works:

- All process will be manually made by me, so sometimes it can delay a little
- We'll play on Based Rounds (min. 5 transactions to change round), if someone bet after this 5 transaction, user can choose refund or play for next round.
- Payments and results will be done after changing Server Seed (new round)
- The SMALLER WIN BET from each round (after it done), will not receive the payment, it'll go for me (so you need to be smart to don't be this guy ^^)
- A user can bet again to increase his bet value (not count as a different bet) (maybe to don't be the last guy who automatic lose), he must make the transaction and post before round close 10 bets. with a mensage "I DON'T WANT TO LOSE".
his bet value will be sum with older bets, but only  the first transaction will be used to define his result.
- Only 1 bet per btctalk member is counted for the 5 bets, if the user bet more than once, it will be sum.
- Min Bet Value = 0.001 BTC | Max Bet Value = 0.05 BTC

2. How to Play:

- I'll give a SHA256 hash from (Seed) before i start every Round
- You need to choose a Client Seed + choose play lower then 8 (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) <-- LOW , or higher then 7 (8,9,a,b,c,d,e,f) <-- HIGH
- You need to post here your transaction TxID together with the Client Seed + LOW/HIGH + Addy to receive your winnings
- We'll get SHA256 from (Seed + "-" + Cliend Seed + "-" + Transaction Hash + "-" + first confirmation (seconds) time), get the last letter from this SHA256 result, and it will be the result for your bet
- All Edited Post will be considered as cheater and will not receive payments.
- It's a 50% game chance, the payment table is below

PS: BET from higher to lower bet value

- In case of two equal bet value, the first transaction confirmed will get top position, if both confirmed at same time, the first one who post the transaction (no edit post)

3. Math:

50% chance cancel with the 2x
player EV = 50%(1) + 30%(2) + 20%(3) + 10%(4) = 110%
Loser player = -100%(5)

min. Total +EV for players = 110% - 100% = 10% (much higher on really, because the 100% from (5) is the smallest win bet value)), i think it can reach something like 50%

4. My Vision:

Well, i'm experimenting this concept of EV... provably i'll go on negative, (only have arround 1 BTC extra that i can spend for it)... if my extra fund reach 0 i'll stop and refund all games not played.

6. Exemple of Calculing Results

SHA256 (Seed + "-" + Cliend Seed + "-" + Transaction Hash + "-" + first confirmation (seconds) time), get the last letter from this SHA256 result, and it will be the result for your bet
Supose the hash of the round is b5aed2fcd9ebdc7fd13727da944cfe07f8f06dff6603aae1b763668ecf4934af, ("ThiIsTheSeed") is the string

so we do SHA256("ThiIsTheSeed-something-6764c2449cb36b4186bfcdcbd4a7e9ae2cd01c51689351c524352cf0f5e7c388-48") = 57d1c650680d035f280e29bcd55e97fbad8f06bc08449e41a04d1541f3829a85 , so your result is 5, if bet it HIGH, you lost, if LOW you won

Probably use an escrow. The escrow will provide the deposit address instead

Thanks for suggestion... if my less transaction per round not work i'll go for escrow

the problem using escrow is that actually my game is 100% manually done... if i still need a escrow answer to start every round it can delay more and more

Well, in that case, you can deposit a sum (sufficient enough to cover max. win amounts) with the escrow. In case you default on the payments, the escrow would release the funds to the winning player(s) which would act as the guarantee of payment for the players.

Otherwise, the escrow will hold on to it, and give it back to you once the game is over.


Provided you have enough funds (which otherwise doesn't make you solvent enough to run this game) it is kind of exactly how the escrow works.
