You can already buy them now, the price is not very high these days and the bitcoin is a sort of stable.
Waiting could be good but I think the price is not going any lower than this to be honest, I even think its gonna rise soon to a higher amount, maybe even already in the beginning of the next month.
Buying right now is good also because of the profit you will most likely will gain by the halving.

It is always a risk. Follow your feeling should i say.
Yeah I agree you cannot predict the price but you can make out if something is cheap or expensive. So if you have the money to spend just buy I always bought around $300 but I am not sure if the price is going to drop that low again. |

Anything under 400 is very good, under 450 is good if you expect the price to go up. If you don't it is better to wait till the price will get lower again. |

i think the price we have right now is really good to buy, it will definitely grow significantly in the future thus allowing us to make a lot of money, though thats just my opinion |

Depending on your total amount that you are planning to invest in Bitcoin you can simply use 50% to buy right now, and keep the other 50% for when the price goes down to more interesting levels. That's how you don't miss out on an eventual rise. |

If we are really convinced that the bitcoin price will achieve the $1000 level sooner or later, so any price below $500 seems good to buy, because this way we will ensure at least to double our money.

Well yes i see it only go up. At least for the next weeks. After that it may find it way down again, but on the short term the outlook is very positive. |

Yeah price is rising at a moment but I think this is still good price to buy as we will see much better and higher price at the time of halving, so buying now would be good choice. |

Noone knows... You can always split the buys.. Buy 1000 or 1500 worth now and wait a bit to see what happens. If a quick correction sets in, by the rest. If it keeps rising, reevaluate and try to find out if you think it is sustainable.

I think it would be safe if you buy at around $300 or lower. I suggest not to buy at $400 or higher unless you have the money to spend and the time to wait.
Be patient and wait for it to lower.

You have to buy it at a low price that is possible so the chance will be much higher that you can earn some more profit in the future and that would be nice for you.
But around this time the price of the Bitcoin is not even that low now so you have to wait a longer time to make an investment and yeah it can takes a long time until it will have a low value.

I think the bitcoin price will rise further from the current level of $630. So it is still goood time to buy. |
