Why does my loyalty keep getting reset? I have not been as active since the claims decreased but I continued to make at least 2 claims a day. There was a day when the sites were down but I think I was still at 100 for a couple of days after that. Plus now I haven't gotten above 9 before eventually being reset again.

Sites are not down at the moment but loyalty is definitely not working. I was at 9 yesterday, sites said 6 when I started today and now back to 9. All after being reset from maximum and random resets after that. ?

My account got banned on ClaimBTC.com on 3 November.I sent an email right after finding that I was banned and after 2 weeks I didn't have a reply so I think the owner doesn't even check it out anymore.

Great design, I also liked the potion system. Though you should change some info on the thread, since it isn't 200-500 satoshi anymore(instead, 17-45 which is really low) unless it's decided by luck.
Maybe you could decrease the timer when the rewards get low?
