i dont understand your question :-)
everyone who earn some stake reward generate a new block which contains the PoS Reward


Simply Saying ...

if all Miners stop now Mining the PoW Blocks,
we could still move the blockchain and generate PoS Rewards/Blocks
These Blocks which get solved contains Coins inside and not 0 Coins

on the other side it is possible that PoS Block Kill/Eat PoW Rewards

as an example.... if there are 100 Blocks with 100 Coins PoW Reward
but These blocks get solved by PoS then will be there no 100 Coin Reward
just the Coins which get earned by PoS.

Of course Till does and it doesn't matter. The coin was clearly never meant to be a serious currency or so, as well as a lot of the comments were made jokingly.

I would assume anyone could alter the code, compile it and stake some really BIG blocks, right?

Well, technically you could alter the code from most coins, since their code is freely available, and change the rules of the game to your liking. But doing so puts you on a fork of that coin/block chain. So you have to be able to make that fork the main accepted version of the coin. Else any change would be rather useless.
