Seems to me as if you your transaction to them was still in progress and then you tried to withdraw the money again before they had accepted it.
Sure it was not you trying to scam them and not the other way around??
They will not allow BTC to be withdrawn until at least there has been 5 confirmations on the blockchain first when you deposit money which is fair enough.
Then before that had not even finished, you then decided to withdraw the money so because of this they are probably holding your money as some sort of security check.
What I find interesting is why you would ant to give them 0.5 BTC and then decide straight away to withdraw it again?
Anyway, I do not think it is a scam, they are probably wondering like me what your intentions were.

did u ever play at ths casino if u dont have 5 confirmation tab withdraw is disable i just make deposit 500mbtc n withdraw with same value did i scam??? that was my money if i dont want play n i want withdraw again whats a problem??? |

as much as no one needs to believe me, I honestly don't think this casino is a scam.
I signed up yesterday with a bonus for 25 free spins with first deposit.
Made a simple deposit of 10$ to play around but found out that I did not receive my free spins.
I used the support chat on the website with nearly immediate response from an agent who then corrected the issue and sent me my 25 free spins.
I ended up hitting 2 bonus rounds with those 25 free spins and finished them with a total of 95$. played a bit more to use up the 5X bet requirement, cashed out with 80$
Within 30 minutes, my wallet had a fresh deposit of $80 worth of BTC.

the casinos themselves are all scams that take advantage of the gamblers.
But from Bitcasino.io you can also search it in google "Bitcasino.io scam" and you will realize what I'm talking about.
And I do not say it, say experienced users.
I did not even visit the Bitcasino website because they do not have a license for my country, surely it has been rejected for fraud!
for you it's not a scam because it's your business!
