lets think for a second: if a form or method of gambling that was safe and consistently made money, everyone would be making a living off the casinos using that method. there is never a "safe" way to go about gambling, it all comes down to being a simple game of chance. also, its possible that games that were "safe" and profitable for the player can be created, but no casino would ever actually open up one of those to be playable. makes no sense in opening up a stand that is expected to lose the house money.

The main reason the gambling market still exists is because gambling sites make profit. How do the make profit? People lose.

The basic idea of gambling is taking the risk of losing profit, for the reward of making it. If you want to not have any risk, then it's not considered gambling, is it? You've gotta crack a few eggs to make an omelette.

This is why gambling is pretty bad and most people hate it.

Gambling is about the redistribution of wealth. Wealth moves from loser to winner and the casino. Eventually move most to the casinos. However, casinos provide a service to gambler for them to play or gamble. So I have no problem if they win most of the gambling proceeds.

If you spend only the amount you can afgord to lose without problem on gambling, it's safe for you. This means that you have no money you can afford to lose, the safest for you is not to gamble. But if you don't play you won't win. If you want to win, you have to gamble. You will lose of course, but there is a chance to win, but it's not automatic. I like that idiome with the eggs and the omelette Smiley

gambling is a game of risk so there is no safe methods but if you hit one day you lucky bet so after that just gamble with the profit and withdraw the money that you deposit and forget about making the same move just bet with your profits and the amount that you can lose it not the amount that you need it Wink

Safe way to gamble? just play on those known and with good reputation gambling sites rather than those newly launched sites and you'll be fine. Don't try to experiment and try to discover new gambling sites as we are talking about money here, that is if you wan't to play safe.

Depends on what strategy are you going to use. Some strategy will not work to you but some will work to you so I say it depends on you and your luck too when it comes to gambling. Everything is based on luck especially dice game

those small odds like 1.11  are never the safest odds

Although 1.02 odds is not safe too because you will busted it if you are in bad luck

Your advice is valid, though I think OP is talking about gambling without losing, not getting scammed by new gambling sites running off with money. Newly launched sites are fine if they use the moneypot API, as with the moneypot API they can't really run off with the money as it is a 3rd party.

I dont think the rolls are gonna check who is gambling and see which strategy suites him or is against him ?
all fail for all.

I'm going to assume that Erza is talking about poker, not dice. In dice it is purely based on luck, so you will always lose in the long term as you have mentioned. However, if you have enough skill, you can win in the long term at poker.

not just that, there is a demand for legal gambling establishments from the players. its fun, and gives people a chance to multiply whatever they walked in with, something straight out of a storybook, almost. if enough people hated it, there would be massive political movements against gambling establishments, maybe not enough to shut them down, but they would be there.

I dont think so cause he mentioned DICE as a special case and also his other quote was for dice odds " 1.11 and 1.02 "
even with professional skills people lose at poker many times...not a general case.

yes you are right even though we think this is a very safe bet, but still we can lose. I already feel it when betting on tennis by choosing odds 1.1 and the odds 5 for opponent, but I still lost.

100% chance winning is not exist, there is always something to risk. but percentage to how close to win a bet is good topic to discuss.
and it was called "safe bet" so if people said "there is no safe bet" they were wrong.

Sometimes you can actually have a 100% chance of winning.  It involves a lot of work and isn't worth it in my opinion.  Sometimes sports betting sites have different odds and you can actually bet on a team to win and lose to earn a small amount of cash.  Like I said it isn't worth it though.
