That's true, with 90% win chance means that your chance to win is increased and you may get nice winning streak. But you will lose all your winning streak once you got bad losing streak.

There is no always winning and losing, you will suffer more loss than win actually because of houseedge. You can set your multiply to 90% that supposed to be 1.1x and yeah your chance will be be increase but the payout result is not good enough. So AFAIK 2x multiplier is the best one

You cannot claim which multiplier is the best. The best one for you is the one in which you win for the short term, though you are bound too loose in the longer term(unless you are extremely lucky).
